Return Policy:

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from Medovita Pharmacy, you have 3 days to return it.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Ensure the product is in its original condition.
  • Products like medicines, hygiene items, body support, socks, and wearables cannot be returned if used.
  • Baby formula, fragrances, skincare, cosmetics, makeup, and haircare products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Our team will review your case and let you know if your return is accepted.
  3. If accepted, we’ll arrange for the items to be collected and initiate your refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • For cash on delivery payments, we’ll arrange for a refund upon item collection.
  • For online payments, it may take 5-20 days for the refund to process.
  • You’ll receive an email or SMS once the refund process is initiated.

Refund Policy at Medovita Pharmacy:

  • Refunds can be claimed within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Physically damaged or missing items must be reported upon delivery.
  • Refunds cover only the amount of the purchased product.
  • Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • Raise a complaint, and our support team will review it.
  • Pickup charges may apply for subsequent complaints.
  • After approval, the pickup process will start.
  • Products will undergo inspection, and refunds will be initiated accordingly.

Terms and Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Electrical items must have the original seal intact.
  • Perfume products are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to monitor returns and refuse future orders from customers with a high number of returns.
